Here are three valuable pickleball tips in under a minute…

  1. Be deliberate in your backswing.

    • Have a slow and controlled backswing. This will give you consistent timing, and your serve will be more effective and reliable.

  1. Load your weight on your back leg.

    • Transfer your weight to your front leg as you swing forward and make contact with the ball. The momentum will maximize the power you can add to your serve.

  1. Keep your torso upright.

    • Also keep your knees bent and generate power from the ground for maximum power. When your torso is bent over, you’re unable to add a lot of power or see where you’re aiming your serve.
